2. Service description
Geldmanager360 is a SaaS platform for analyzing and visualizing personal data. Our service is exclusively informational and educational. We do NOT provide financial advice, we do NOT manage regulated products, we do NOT guarantee results and we do NOT replace the opinion of certified professionals.
3. No performance guarantees
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Visualizations, reports and features are for analytical and informational purposes. No feature may be interpreted as a recommendation, performance promise or professional certification.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to contract under Mexican law in order to use the service.
5. Accounts and credentials
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, not to circumvent security mechanisms, not to reverse-engineer the software and not to upload content that infringes third-party rights.
7. Intellectual property
All rights over the software, brand, texts, graphics and other content of the site belong to Geldmanager360 Analytics S.A.S. de C.V. A limited, non-exclusive and revocable license is granted for personal use of the service.
8. Personal data
The processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law in Mexico, Geldmanager360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without prior notice, in case of breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from the platform.
11. Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by email. Continued use of the service after the effective date implies acceptance.
12. Applicable law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. For any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Mexico City, waiving any other jurisdiction.
